HOW TO ORDER

When you have chosen the item (or items) you would like, make a note of the reference number(s) and click Order Now to place your order. Complete all sections of the order form then click 'Submit'. Once I have received your order I will contact you by email to confirm the details, arrange payment and advise when your order will be fulfilled. It is important to note that your order will not be accepted until your payment has cleared. Payment should be made within four working days of receiving the payment details. Please only place your order if you are committed to paying for it and contact me before you order if you have any questions. This will help me to provide the best possible service to all of my clients.

WAYS TO PAY

I accept several different payment methods:

Online Banking/Telephone Banking UK ONLY	This is my preferred method of payment if you are in the UK. When I receive your order I will provide you with the account details to make the payment to. All you need to do is either transfer the money via online banking or telephone your bank and request they transfer the funds via telephone banking. This method is fast and secure, I do not see your bank details; only your name and the reference you provide to the bank when making the payment appear on my statement. Most banks now transfer funds the same working day so paying this way means I can get your order to you faster. If your bank account is in a different name to the name you provide on the order form please let me know to avoid any delays with your order. Clearing times vary between same day and 3 working days.
Cheque/Cash UK ONLY	To pay by this method you can go to any branch of Barclays and pay the cheque or cash into my account over the counter. I will provide you with the account details when I have received your order. Clearing time for cash is same working day. Clearing time for cheques is 7 working days.
AlertPay GBP ONLY	This is the method to use if you are not in the UK or if you wish to pay by credit card (Credit card transactions are subject to a 4% fee). When I receive your order I will send you a payment request. You simply open an AlertPay account and either pay by credit card or fund your account through bank transfer, bank wire, money order or certified check. All payments must be in GBP. Clearing times can vary between same day and 2 working days but are usually same day.
E-Gift Certificates	If none of the other payment methods are suitable I may be able to accept payment in the form of an E-Gift Certificate. When I receive your order I will contact you and let you know which E-Gift certificate to send me and instructions on purchasing it. Clearing times vary but most are around 1 - 2 working days.

ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED

Once I have received your cleared payment I will add you to my waiting list and email you to confirm when you can expect your order.

When I have completed your order I will package it appropriately and discreetly. Items are packaged so that they are small enough to fit through your letterbox. If this is not possible I will let you know in advance. Your discretion is extremely important to me so if you have any special requirements just state them in the 'Additional Comments' box on my order form.

I always try to minimise the time between completing your order and you receiving it. Panties are only worn to order and are double sealed in a zip-lock bag as soon as I take them off to retain as much moisture and scent as possible. I then post them straight away. (Tip: you can revive the moisture and scent on the panties by holding them (carefully!) over a steaming kettle or hanging them over the side of the shower.)

I will notify you by email again when I actually put your order in the post so you can look out for it.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

If you are ordering from outside of the UK there are a couple of things to be aware of:

Orders outside of the EU require completion of a CN22 form on which I must state the contents. I will always be discreet and state that the contents are something innocent like a scarf and that they are a gift. I will also provide a dummy return address. If you have any specific requirements just state them in the 'Additional Comments' box on my order form.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post unless you have opted to have your order delivered via special delivery or express airmail, in which instance I will be able to make a claim and either refund you or you may select an alternative and I will prepare a new order.
