TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Thank you for taking the time to familiarise yourself with my Terms and Conditions. I run Forbidden Secrets for my pleasure and for yours and as such this policy is designed to make it a positive experience for us both.

By entering this site or placing an order you have agreed that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to access and possess adult material in the community from which you are accessing these materials and in which you reside.

By placing an order you confirm that you are committed to paying for it. Payment must be made within four working days of receiving the payment details.

Due to the fact that every order is personalised please be aware that once your order has been accepted and payment received I will not be able to offer a refund if you change your mind, so please ask any questions before you order. Customer service is extremely important to me and I want every client to be completely satisfied. If there is anything you are not happy with please contact me and let me know straight away so that I can put it right.

If after ordering you do change your mind you must let me know within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not inform me and ignore my requests for payment I will consider this abuse as stated below and will deal with it accordingly.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post unless you have opted to have your order delivered via special delivery or express airmail, in which instance I will be able to make a claim and either refund you or you may select an alternative and I will re-do your order. ABUSE POLICY

Abuse includes but is not limited to:

Abusive or threatening behaviour towards me in any form
Testing my order form or contact form by entering blank or dummy information
Placing an order and then ignoring requests for payment

Please be aware that when you submit an order or contact me your IP address is logged. Any abuse will be reported to your Internet Service Provider.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy and confidentiality is extremely important to me. I will not pass your details to third parties nor will I use them to spam you. I may occassionally contact you by email to let you know of any special offers, however if you would prefer not to receive these emails simply let me know on my order form.

I make every effort possible to be discreet when packaging and posting your order. There will be no indication on the outside of the package as to what is inside. For orders outside the EU where I am required to complete a CN22 form I will provide the description of contents as something innocent like a scarf or gloves and I will provide a dummy return address.

I have worked extremely hard to build this website. This is all my own material, content and photographs. Copying any part of it is not permitted without my prior consent.

PERSONAL LIMITATIONS

I am not very easily shocked or offended however I do expect to be treated in a respectful manner. I do not engage in cyber sex and will not respond to offensive or vulgar messages.

It should be borne in mind that my scent may vary throughout the month, I am after all only human!
